We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow with the best talent in the industry. Will be responsible for building a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.
Will also be responsible for the onboarding and follow up processes.
- Write and post technical job postings
- Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles for different countries (Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, etc)
- Analyze applicants’ abilities
- Coordinate with the different areas of the company to forecast hiring needs
- Manage contracts and renewals
- Compose and extend Job Offer Letters
- At least 2 years of experience in the IT market
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
