IT Recruiter – Argentina

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow with the best talent in the industry. Will be responsible for building a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.

Will also be responsible for the onboarding and follow up processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job postings
  • Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles for different countries (Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, etc)
  • Analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Coordinate with the different areas of the company to forecast hiring needs
  • Manage contracts and renewals
  • Compose and extend Job Offer Letters

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT market
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
