Job Description | Key Account Manager
At Iquall Networks, we develop automation solutions for some of the most demanding telecom networks in the world.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Madrid, Spain, with vision, energy, and execution capability to help us continue growing.

You do not need ten years of experience. What matters most is your mindset, your way of thinking, and your drive to make an impact. However, prior experience in commercial or technology-driven environments is required.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary commercial point of contact between Iquall and assigned telecom operators.
Drive the full commercial cycle, from opportunity identification and development to deal closure and strategic account follow-up.
Participate actively in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and high-impact executive presentations.
Coordinate meetings across different customer areas (Technology, Operations, Procurement, B2B, etc.).
Build long-term relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of the customer’s business.
Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate closely with Product, Presales, and Delivery teams to align commercial strategy with execution capability.
Contribute ideas and perspective to commercial strategy and positioning.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in commercial, technical, or consultative roles within the telecom or technology sector.
High level of autonomy and self-management. No micromanagement here.
Strong learning agility and willingness to take on diverse challenges.
Clear communication skills, capable of translating complex topics for different audiences.
Collaborative mindset. You work with a strong internal team.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Practical intelligence, sound judgment, and a passion for solving real business problems.
