Her expertise spans across open source project and community management, team leadership in international and multicultural environments, project management, telecommunication system specification and design, conformance and interoperability test methodologies, technical management of interoperability programs and events, and software architecture and code development. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Ramaglia has worked with numerous prestigious organizations, including Ulticom, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Thales Information Systems, and France Telecom R&D (now Orange Labs).
In her current role at ETSI, Almagia has been instrumental in the development of key technologies, such as ETSI Open Source Group OpenSourceMANO (OSG OSM), ETSI Open Source Group TeraFlowSDN (OSG TFS), and NFV Plugtests Programme and Proofs of Concept (PoC) Framework.
