Role Purpose
Drive long-term customer value and revenue expansion across the installed base by combining deep telecom domain understanding, consultative engagement, and strategic account orchestration across Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators in Latin America, the United States, and Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Own the technical relationship lifecycle for assigned telecom accounts, acting as the trusted advisor.
Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s network, operations, and OSS/BSS landscape.
Co-define and maintain the account evolution and automation roadmap aligned with customer priorities.
Identify and mature opportunities before formal RFP processes emerge.
Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives leveraging the existing portfolio.
Design and present techno-commercial proposals based on standard solutions.
Translate operational pain points into actionable solution approaches.
Ensure successful adoption and value realization of deployed solutions.
Coordinate closely with Delivery, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure account continuity.
Proactively identify technical, operational, or commercial risks within the account.
Orchestrate technical workshops and executive value sessions.
Promote the customer’s evolution toward higher levels of network automation maturity.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong customer-facing mindset with commercial awareness.
5+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within telecom.
Solid understanding of telecom operations and network architecture.
Experience working with OSS/BSS or telecom software environments.
Ability to build and maintain account technical roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive levels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel as required.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience managing Tier-1 telecom operators.
Exposure to Network Automation and multi-vendor environments.
Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks or Autonomous Network journeys.
Project management certifications (PMP or similar).
Agile certifications.
Postgraduate studies in technology management or business.
