Cloudvision and Iquall Network at Vivatech Paris 2025
Amid the incredible energy of the Vivatech expo in Paris, we were proud to present a vision for the future of IT operations. From our station in the Italian Pavilion, we showcased a powerful joint solution by CloudVision’s Augmentya Agent and Iquall’s MAT Dark Ops that moves beyond simple automation to deliver true “Dark Ops” capability for complex network environments.
The Challenge: The High Cost and time consuming Manual Operations
Modern networks are the backbone of digital business, but their complexity makes them fragile. A single fault can trigger a cascade of manual, time-consuming tasks: alert analysis, cross-platform diagnostics, and careful, step-by-step remediation.
A traditional approach is not only slow and costly, but it also ties up an organization’s most valuable technical experts with reactive firefighting, preventing them from focusing on innovation and to allow the organization to evolve in the autonomous network journey.

The Achievement: From Complex Problem to Simple Conversation
Our live demonstration at Vivatech proved there is a better way. We integrated Augmentya’s advanced conversational AI with the robust MAT Dark Ops to create a seamless, end-to-end remediation system.
The solution allows an operator to simply state a problem in natural language, like “the SD-WAN link in Rome is down.” From there, the system takes over. Augmentya’s AI interprets the request, automatically initiates diagnostics via the MAT platform, and then presents a clear, human-readable summary of the fault cause and a proposed, multi-step solution.
The key achievement is this: the entire operational lifecycle—from ticketing and diagnosis to repair and final reporting—is condensed into a simple, guided conversation. The human operator is empowered with full control and visibility, giving simple “yes” or “no” approvals, while the complex technical execution happens automatically in the background.
Under the Hood: The Power of Intelligent Automation
Once the operator approves the fix, Augmentya triggers the MAT platform to execute a sophisticated, pre-approved workflow. This isn’t a simple script; it’s a structured, auditable process modeled in an Orchestration Workflow, a no-code workflow automation compliant with a well-known CSP procedure that orchestrates different network tasks for a common goal. This workflow guarantees that the remediation is performed perfectly every time. In this case, the workflow implemented in MAT evaluates the received fault and decides to perform different network actions (reseting the service port, clearing forwarding buffers, clearing the interface) —tasks that would require a skilled engineer to perform sequentially. After execution, it automatically verifies that the service is restored before reporting success back to the user.
The Value Added: A New Standard for Efficiency and Reliability
This “Dark Ops” model, driven by the synergy of Augmentya and MAT, delivers transformative value:
- Radical Efficiency: It compresses a process that could take hours of manual effort into just a few minutes, drastically reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
- Enhanced Reliability: By using tested, automated workflows, it eliminates the risk of human error during critical remediation tasks, leading to more stable and predictable network performance.
- Democratized Expertise: It empowers a wider range of NOC / Operations staff to solve complex problems safely. The system’s built-in expertise and guardrails mean that senior engineers are only engaged when absolutely necessary.
Full Lifecycle Integration: The solution seamlessly manages ticketing, diagnostics, repair, verification, and reporting, creating a closed-loop system that improves operational maturity.

The enthusiastic response at Vivatech confirmed what we already knew: the future of operations isn’t just about automating tasks, it’s about building intelligent systems that augment human capability.
