Iquall Learning Portal

What is the Iquall Learning Portal?
An online educational tool designed for upskilling and reskilling network engineers. You and your team will be able to acquire network automation skills in a simple and friendly way.Build a lifelong learning culture in which each member of the organization has the tools to acquire the necessary skills that will allow them to achieve the goals of your business in an agile, regular and constant way.

How can I access?
To access, you need an active subscription. If you do not have one or if you are not sure, we recommend you to contact an expert from our team for help by clicking training@iquall.net.

What kind of previous training do I need?
The Iquall Learning Portal has a learning path oriented to the different existing roles in the telecommunications industry such as NOC engineers, Network Planners, Security Analysts, Managers, etc.

Does the course include practice apart from theory?
Yes! Most of the modules include practice. If the module you are working with has a practical exercise, you will find a module called Lab Guide at the end of it.

Can I download the material?
The material is not downloadable, but, as long as you are an active user, you will have access to all the material you have worked with along with new courses added to the ILP platform.

If I have any doubts, can I contact someone for support?
Yes! You can contact us at training@iquall.net and we will answer as soon as possible.

ILP Practices
Will I have access to any instance of MAT to practise?
Yes! According to the course you are taking you will have an instance of MAT enabled directly by Iquall or by your own company. You will find which instance of MAT you will use on the notes at the beginning of each practice. At the beginning of each practice, it is stated that the instance of MAT as well as the user/password will be provided by my company. Where can I find the URL and the credentials to access? Please, contact the person in charge of the training in your company for this information.

Where can I find the necessary files to solve the activities?
You will be able to download the files .MAT and the Code Snippets in the section “Files” on the Homepage of the course or on the Menu above while playing the videos/practices. All the necessary material will be compressed in a file .zip under the name of Lab Files and the name of the unit.

Level Tests
Can I see the wrong answers after finishing the test?
No, you can not. We know you are an honorable person and you will not share answers with your partners, but still, we prefer it this way.

What happens if I do not pass the test at the first attempt?
Do not worry, you have as many attempts as you need. Just revise and try again.

I have passed the test and new courses have been enabled but I cannot access them. Do I have to do anything else?
If you have finished your course and there are new ones belonging to the next path with the label “Coming Soon”, it means that those new courses are not still available, but they will be soon. You do not have to do anything else. Once they are available on the ILP, you will get an email informing you that you can go on with your training at your own pace.

Digital Badges
What is a digital badge?

A: Badges are digital assets used to communicate a certification achievement. Credly badges link to metadata that provide context about each certification earned and they provide a means of verifying the authenticity of a certification. They can be shared across social networks for maximum visibility and recognition.

How do I know if I have been issued a badge?
You will receive an email from Iquall Networks via Credly admin@credly.com Click on the ‘Accept your badge’ button below your badge image to go to Credly’s website where you can create an account.

What is Credly?
Credly is a platform of digital badges which show information about the new skills acquired and it allows you to share the new certificates on the different social networks. First, you will have to accept the new digital badge and then, you will have to click on “Share” in order to share it on the social networks of your choice.

What happens if I do not have a Credly account?
No problem, when you pass your first test, you will get an email with a link to create your new Credly account.

How do I create my Credly account?
On Credly’s homepage, click ‘Create account’ or you can click on the ‘Accept your badge’ button on a Credly email notification. Fill in each field, then read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You can change your preferences for receiving marketing emails from Credly at any time.

How do I accept my badge?
A: Once you sign in to your Credly account, you will be able to accept your badge by selecting ‘Accept Badge’.

How do I share my badge?
Once you have accepted your badge, you can share it directly from Credly to your social networks by selecting ‘Share’ from the top right of the page. Click the icon to connect your social media account(s) and share your badge.

How can I be sure I receive my badge notification email from Credly?
To make sure you receive your badge notification email, and that it does not wind up in your spam folder, add admin@youracclaim.com and admin@credly.com as a Contact or Safe Sender in your email settings.
Instructions for adding a new contact vary by email provider, so consult your email provider to learn how. Or contact Credly’s support team through their Help Center by Submitting a Request with the name of your email provider (Outlook, Gmail, etc) and they will connect you with instructions.
If your email address is through a work network, you can also contact your network admin and ask that the email addresses admin@youracclaim.com and admin@credly.com is white-listed.
I have a Credly account registered to another email address. How can I add my new email address as a secondary to my account?
To add a secondary within your Credly account: Click on the profile icon in the upper right and select “Settings.” You’ll be taken directly to your “Account” page.
In the “Add another Email Address” box, add the additional email and click on the “Add” button.
You’ll receive a confirmation email to the email you just added. Click the appropriate link to confirm the address. If you have issues, please contact Credly support. We suggest adding a personal secondary email address to your Credly account. This way if your email address changes, you will always be able to access your account.

How do I merge my Credly accounts?
Follow the instructions listed on Credly Help Center to merge multiple accounts.
