IMAS Certification

Iquall MAT Administrator Specialist

Certification Courses details

In the “MAT Architecture” course, the student will acquire high-level knowledge about the architecture of MAT and the distribution of its services.

With this course it is expected that the student will be able to understand how the platform is deployed and associate or relate situations or events recorded in the MAT services to the different Workers of the platform.

This course is aimed at those people destined to administer, provide support or ensure the correct use and operation of MAT.

Objective:
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the different workers and the functions they fulfill within MAT
  • Understand what we call a service within MAT and how they are distributed among the different workers
  • Be able to relate the services to which MAT users have access to the particular behavior of each worker

In the “MAT Administration” course, the student will acquire knowledge about the administration of the platform, users within it and the tools available to audit use.

With this course it is expected that the student will be able to administer the platform and its correct use by managing users according to the characteristics and needs of each one, ensuring the correct use of sandboxes and auditing operations carried out in MAT both internally and externally.

This course is aimed at those people intended to administer and ensure the correct use of MAT within the organization.

Objective:
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Manage users, roles and permissions according to the required access level for each one
  • Understand the information provided by the Sandbox Manager and the criteria to efficiently use the MAT instance
  • Know what can be configured through MAT Config to customize the instance according to the needs of the organization
  • Audit the use of MAT by understanding the audit log and how it shows operations performed within the instance

In the “MAT Operation & Maintenance” course, the student will acquire knowledge about the tools and tasks related to the day-to-day of MAT as well as the procedures to diagnose detected failures and resolve or escalate them to minimize platform downtime.

With this course, it is expected that the student will be able to perform routine verification tasks of MAT functioning, detecting those situations that may generate conflict when executing automations, detecting and diagnosing failures within the platform, and resolving or generating the necessary escalations to resolve them.

This course is aimed at those people who intend to provide support and ensure the functioning of MAT within the organization.

Objective:
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Perform MAT Healthcheck tasks
  • Detect affected services and high consumption and take the necessary measures to regularize the instance.
  • Diagnose affected automations and use MAT tools to collect information that allows solving the failure
  • Generate tickets to escalate issues to the support team

In the “MAT Release Management” course, the student will obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to move the different automations created in MAT between the different environments up to production deployment, following NetOps and MAT sandbox management “best practices.”

This course is aimed at those people who specialize in platform Release Management.

Objective:

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Execute tests and monitor consumption in different environments
  • Make automations available between different environments
  • Know the Best Practices when performing new deploys in MAT
