Iquall Networks Drives the Evolution Towards Level 4 Autonomous Networks in TM Forum’s Catalyst “AIDAN: AI-Driven Autonomous Network – Phase II”
Miami, Florida – April 8, 2025 – Iquall Networks is proud to announce its participation in TM Forum’s groundbreaking Catalyst project, AIDAN: AI-Driven Autonomous Network – Phase II. This collaborative initiative brings together leading global telecom operators and technology providers to accelerate the industry’s transition toward Level 4 autonomous networks.
Alongside industry leaders such as Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefónica, Orange, China Unicom, Huawei, and others, Iquall Networks is contributing its advanced automation expertise and incident management solutions to strengthen the ecosystem of AI-driven autonomous networks.
Building on the success of Phase 1 with the Incident Co-Pilot, this next phase focuses on the implementation of a multi-agent system leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to achieve fully autonomous incident management. The project aims to significantly reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), enhance customer experience, and optimize operational costs.
As part of its contribution, Iquall Networks will provide its innovative Dark Ops solution, specifically designed to maximize service quality, enhance customer experience, and minimize network downtime in complex autonomous environments. Dark Ops combines advanced diagnostic, self-healing, and continuous optimization capabilities, positioning itself as the ideal platform to elevate network operations to a new level of resilience and operational excellence. This will be further enhanced by the deep telecom expertise of Iquall Networks’ specialist team.
“At Iquall Networks, we believe innovation must align closely with the operational reality of our customers. Participating in this Catalyst allows us to push the boundaries of the state of the art in autonomous networks while staying focused on delivering real-world solutions that address urgent telco needs. Striking this balance is what drives us to transform the industry sustainably and effectively,” said Matías Lambert, CEO and co-founder at Iquall Networks.
