To help CSPs tackle these challenges, we offer a Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) solution as part of our agnostic automation framework called MAT.

MAT offers a comprehensive solution to address the challenges CSPs face regarding the initial setup and ongoing management of multi-vendor, multi-model CPEs and mobile devices involved in their network. Our solution automates all necessary workflows, including initial activation and subsequent configuration management, leaving all services duly provisioned and in production. Additionally, our framework performs all necessary integrations with third-party systems, such as vendor’s NMS, NE, CRM, Inventory systems, and IPAM, among others.

Our solution also allows CSPs to access reports that verify services, configuration changes, KPIs, and more. This addresses the challenges of manual and time-consuming processes and delivers improved consistency, accuracy, and security of configurations while increasing operational efficiency. With ZTP, CSPs save time and reduce costs & risks of losing customers due to lengthy provisioning processes.

This eliminates the need for manual intervention, reducing human errors and improving security, and allows for quick and easy device configuration without the need for physical access. 

Through MAT, we are able to search and obtain all CPE parameters, including model, type, OS version, traffic KPI interfaces, memory and CPU usage, error parameters, and more. Our solution enables the initial activation of CPEs, including the configuration of days 0 & 1, as well as subsequent configuration for new services individually or by customized groups.
