This appointment also facilitates a strategic transition within our leadership team as Marcos Sitz takes on the Chief Business Development Officer role. Marcos will primarily focus on long-term business development and strategic alliances.
With a remarkable track record of over two decades in international business strategy and sales within the telecommunications sector, Carlos Brito brings invaluable expertise and experience. He has consistently made a profound impact on every organization he has collaborated with, a testament to his leadership capabilities and industry insight.

Carlos has over 20 years of experience in international business strategy and sales, excelling in leadership roles and earning a reputation for optimizing team performance and expanding businesses into vital markets. His most recent accomplishments include consolidating Accedian’s business and elevating its recurring revenue base in the strategic CALA region. Prior to that, he held significant executive positions at various multinational corporations, including ECI in the Americas, Juniper Networks as General Manager of the CALA Services Providers business, Genband as Head LATAM, and CEO of Nortel Networks do Brasil. His career path also encompasses successful stints at Unibanco, EDS do Brasil, and Lucent Technologies, navigating through various sales and business development roles both in Brazil and the United States. Multilingual and culturally savvy, Carlos, who was born in Brazil and now resides in the USA, has effectively led cross-cultural teams, establishing valuable international partnerships. He holds degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Electrical Engineering and actively participates in community organizations and professional associations.
