1. What are your most important responsibilities and challenges as the Cultural Services Manager at Iquall Networks?
My main responsibilities include facilitating our clients’ effective learning and adoption of MAT, our automation framework. This involves building a customized growth program for each of them, understanding their specific needs and goals, and providing them with personalized guidance on how to use our modules and different architectural strategies.
2. Why did you choose Iquall as your development place, and what makes you continue to choose it?
I chose Iquall as my development place because I value the opportunity to work in a company that offers advanced network and service automation solutions to CSPs. The possibility of contributing to the growth and success of our clients by providing them with personalized support services is rewarding, as I have been on the other side of the counter and would have loved to have had such a service accompanying me in my growth.
I continue to choose Iquall because the company strives for constant innovation and provides a working environment that fosters collaboration and continuous learning.
3. What was or is the biggest challenge you had to face or are facing?
The biggest challenge I face as a Cultural Services Manager is adapting to the ever-changing needs of each client and ensuring that our support service is highly effective and relevant to their specific goals. This involves staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the field of network automation and being prepared to address a variety of situations and usage scenarios.
4. What is the main added value you offer customers through Network Automation Services?
The main added value we offer to our customers through Network Automation Services is the ability to maximize their investment in our automation framework. We provide them with the necessary assistance to thoroughly understand how to use our modules and help them build automation strategies to address their specific needs. This enables them to accelerate implementation, improve operational efficiency, and adapt their automation solutions as their requirements evolve.
5. In this hybrid context, how do you organize and motivate your team?
In the hybrid work context, team organization and motivation are crucial. To achieve this, I foster open communication and constant collaboration, both in virtual meetings and in person when possible. I also provide opportunities for professional development and recognition to keep the team engaged and motivated. Flexibility in work schedules and adapting to the individual needs of team members are key components of our working culture.
6. What is a fun fact about you that people might not know today but would find interesting?
An interesting fact about me is that I was a network engineer who transitioned towards network automation before taking on my role as Cultural Services Manager at Iquall Networks. This journey gave me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities associated with such a transformation, allowing me to establish a deeper and more empathetic connection with our clients currently navigating a similar path. In my current position, I have the rewarding opportunity to help other network engineers become a new version of themselves by acquiring the new skills and knowledge that are highly in demand in today’s market. It’s a journey I’ve personally experienced, and am passionate about sharing with others, so as to contribute to their success in this exciting field of network automation.
